1. The Adventurer’s Code: User Obligations & Responsibilities

To ensure a fair game for all members of our community, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply correct and complete details during account creation, checkout, and when contacting support. Using false information is a critical fail.
• Lawful Use: Use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts the website’s functionality or the experience of other adventurers.
• Account Security: You are the sole keeper of your account login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Age of Consent: By using this site, you confirm you are of the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence.
• Compliance with Policies: Adhere to our Shipping & Returns policy when requesting returns or exchanges.

2. The Treasure Hoard: Product & Service Description

FLIPSIDE Games Shop is your dedicated outpost for global tabletop gaming. Our inventory includes:

• Model Kits: Bandai Model Kits, Gundam Kits, and other detailed miniature assembly projects.
• Tabletop Games: Board Games, Miniature Games (including Games Workshop products), and Tabletop RPGs.
• Collectibles: Trading Cards and other strategic collectible items.

Service Area: We ship our treasures globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia as determined by our shipping carriers. If your region is unavailable at checkout, our quest cannot currently reach your realm.

3. Placing Your Order: Order & Payment Terms

The Order Quest:

1. Selection: Adding an item to your cart is an expression of interest, not a binding contract.
2. Checkout: You enter your shipping and payment details. Please review your order carefully; you are responsible for the information you provide.
3. Order Confirmation: After you submit your order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance.
4. Order Acceptance & Processing:: Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur only when we dispatch your items from our warehouse and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to ship to your location.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following forms of gold (payment): Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. Your payment card will be charged at the moment your order is placed.

Pricing & Taxes:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country upon delivery. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

4. The Map & Compass: Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your passion projects safely. Our full Shipping Policy is integrated into these Terms.

• Processing: Orders are carefully picked and packed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Times: All delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier logistics, weather, or customs processing.
• Risk of Loss: Once the carrier confirms possession of your package, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit after handoff, though we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier.

5. The Return Quest: Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our “Critical Hit!” Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is part of these Terms. Key highlights:

• Time Limit: 15 calendar days from the delivery date.
• Eligibility: Items must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in original, resalable condition. This is especially critical for model kits and miniatures.
• Final Sale Items: Opened/used items, opened trading cards, digital codes, and personalized orders cannot be returned.
• Process: You must contact [email protected] to obtain an RMA number before shipping anything back.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 days (PayPal) after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for “change of mind” returns.

6. Scrolls of Knowledge: Intellectual Property

The entire content of the FLIPSIDE Games Shop website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of FLIPSIDE Games Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

All product names, logos, and imagery related to Bandai, Gundam, Games Workshop, and other game systems are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them for identification purposes only. Our use does not imply endorsement or affiliation, unless explicitly stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Guild’s Shield

FLIPSIDE Games Shop and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or the products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gaming time.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
