You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✅ What Can Be Returned/Exchanged?
- Unopened, factory-sealed products in original packaging.
- Products with verifiable manufacturing defects (e.g., missing parts in a model kit).
- Incorrect items shipped by us.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged?
Based on our product analysis, the following are FINAL SALE:
- Opened or Used Items: Any product with a broken factory seal, opened packaging, or assembled/painted components.
- Trading Cards: Due to their collectible and randomized nature, all sales are final once the seal is broken.
- Digital Products or Unlocked Codes.
- Personalized/Custom Orders.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
🛡️ Important Note for Miniature Gamers & Model Builders
Games Workshop kits, Gundam/Bandai model kits, and other miniature products must be in completely unopened, sealed condition for return eligibility. Once sprues are cut or assembly begins, we cannot accept returns. Please inspect sealed boxes carefully upon arrival.
🗺️ Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Quest Log
Email [email protected] with the subject: “Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include your order number, product names, reason, preferred solution (refund/exchange), and confirm the items are unopened. Don’t forget your shipping address!
Within 2 business days, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA – unauthorized returns may be refused.
Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA inside. Ship to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Our Error (wrong/defective item): We provide a prepaid label or reimburse costs.
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received at our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN, we inspect within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund or exchange is processed immediately. If not approved (e.g., item used), we’ll contact you to discuss options.
