⚡ Quick Policy Summary: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please read the full policy below for details and exceptions.
📜 Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy is designed to be as clear as the rules in your favorite tabletop RPG.
✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
- Unopened, factory-sealed products in their original packaging.
- Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., missing parts in a model kit, damaged game components).
- Incorrect items shipped by us.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?
Based on our product categories and the nature of collectible gaming items, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or Used Items: Any product where the factory seal is broken, packaging is opened, or components have been assembled, painted, or used.
- Trading Cards: Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card packs and boxes, all sales are final once the seal is broken.
- Digital Products or Codes: Any downloadable content or unlocked codes.
- Personalized or Custom Orders.
- Items Damaged Due to Customer Mishandling.
Important Note for Miniature Gamers & Model Builders: Games Workshop kits, Gundam model kits (Bandai), and other miniature game products must be in completely unopened, sealed condition to be eligible for return. Once sprues are cut or assembly begins, we cannot accept returns.
⏱️ Timeframe for Requests
You must initiate a return or exchange request within 15 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
🔄 Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Follow this quest log to complete your return or exchange smoothly:
Step 1: Contact Our Support Party (Within 15 Days)
Email our dedicated support team at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Include the following information in your email, or use the template below:
Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RMA)
Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you:
- Approval or clarification request.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Instructions on where to ship the return.
- Any specific packaging requirements.
Do not ship the item back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused at the warehouse.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package. Ship it to the address provided in your instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
- For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Our Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the item at our warehouse (Indianapolis, IN, US), we will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If approved, we will immediately process your refund or begin the exchange.
- If not approved (e.g., item used), we will contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your cost.
💰 Refunds: Timeframe & Method
We aim to process refunds as swiftly as a well-tuned deck.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds for defective/wrong items include all charges.
Exchanges
For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is approved. Standard or free shipping will apply based on the new order value. If the replacement item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
